Meet your surgeon

A surgeon who starts with your goal.

Dr. Vadasdi performs arthroscopic and open surgery of the shoulder, elbow and knee, including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff and labral repair, and total and reverse shoulder replacement. Not every patient needs surgery, and she'll tell you when you don't. When you do, you'll have a surgeon who knows exactly what you're working toward.

Our approach to healing

Your goal sets the plan.

Every plan draws on three tools, matched to where you want to be.

The tools

01

Exercise programs

Personalized strengthening, mobility and return-to-sport training with our physical therapy and personal trainer partners.

02

Regenerative medicine

Non-surgical treatments that use your body's own healing factors: platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) injections, plus other targeted injections.

PRP & BMAC explained

03

Advanced surgical options

Performed by Dr. Vadasdi: minimally invasive arthroscopy for tendon, ligament and cartilage injuries, and total and reverse shoulder replacement for arthritis.

The goals

Back to daily activities

Move without pain at work, at home and with family.

Back to competitive sports

A return-to-play plan built around the season.

Back to an active lifestyle

Keep running, skiing, playing tennis and staying strong for years to come.

We also work with other health care professionals on nutrition, supplements, peptides, dry needling and massage. Whole-person care
